DLG554Glu is Pharma / Medical Grade branched copolymer made by ring-opening polymerisation of DL-lactide and Glycolide in a 55:45 molar ratio and with an inherent viscosity an inherent viscosity ranging from 0.45 dl/g to 0.60 dl/g.

It is supplied in the form of white-coloured lyophilized powder.

Primarily utilized in parenteral formulations for Octreotide depot preparation. Its applications extend to tissue engineering, nanoparticle formulation, and microsphere formulation, among other diverse uses.
