Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)
DLG554Glu, Glucose terminated, viscosity 0.45-0.60 dL/g
DLG554Glu (PLGA 55:45, Branched Polymer) is a moderately degrading biodegradable copolymer of poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide) with a lactide:glycolide ratio of 55:45. It is synthesized via ring-opening polymerization and features a branched structure (3-arm), providing balanced hydrophilicity and controlled degradation behavior.
This polymer is highly suitable for microspheres, depot injections, and controlled drug delivery systems, where sustained and predictable release profiles are required.
