DLG653A (PLGA 65:35, Acid End Group) is a biodegradable Copolymer of poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide) with a lactide:glycolide ratio of 65:35 and inherent viscosity typically in the range of 0.32–0.44 dL/g with a molecular weight of 24,000-38,000 Da. It exhibits moderate to slow degradation and provides good mechanical strength, making it suitable for microspheres, nanoparticles, depot injections, and sustained drug delivery systems.
